Zfx provides your laboratory with a compact milling unit which achieves maximum precision thanks to optimized Zfx CAM strategies.

Depending on the size of your lab and its orientation it can be economically viable to produce small zirconium dioxide frameworks as well as long-term PMMA temporaries and wax structures all made in-house while producing more complex replacements in a milling center. The compact, 4 axis Zfx Mill InHouse milling machine enables dry machining of zirconium dioxide, PMMA and wax for users of the Zfx CAD/CAM system. It has an open interface – as do all components of the system. The specifically developed CAM milling strategies ensure precise milling results.

Project data for the production of complex frameworks, individual implant abutments, bars and screw-retained replacements should continuously be sent to a Zfx milling center, since the user can be assured that the necessary precision will be achieved there – the specialist staff in the high-performance milling centers guarantee that.
